We are looking for a talented, motivated, hardworking and reliable individual who will make a direct impact on decision making in our Tel Aviv headquarters.

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver key financial forecasting, along with insightful performance reporting and analysis.

  • Build and develop KPIs to support the business objectives of the different departments in order to monitor actuals/performance.

  • Create and maintain dashboards relating to company activity.

  • Establish optimised pricing for new products.

  • Preparation of various management presentations.

  • Identify market trends based on multiple data sources.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Finance/ accounting or similar field.

  • 1 + years experience after internship (preferably in a high-tech/fintech company).

  • Experience working with Salesforce.

  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes.

  • Experience working with multiple sources of data.

  • High native-level competence in English, written and verbal.

  • To be a team member with superb communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ambitious, ready to gain expertise in the fintech world by hard work.

  • Organised professional with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Must

  • Up to two years of experience in a similar role as an analyst in a Hi-tech company.
  • Proven and significant experience in working with different data sources, especially the actual data of the company operation.
  • Proven and significant experience with CRM systems, big advantage working with Salesforce.
  • Proven and significant experience in creating dashboards.
  • High technology skills, master in Excel.
  • IT oriented.
