About the opportunity:
The Sales Team is looking for an International Sales Manager passionate about driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. Your mission will be to lead the market expansion of our company within the travel industry.
What you will do:
Identify high-potential businesses in the travel industry, and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Zotapay
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that increase market share, drive revenue growth, and establish Zotapay as a leading payment service provider in the travel industry
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Work closely with the Product Team to optimize existing solutions and develop new offerings tailored to industry needs
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create and execute targeted campaigns and promotional activities
Define performance metrics, track progress, and analyze data for continuous improvement
Represent Zotapay at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand our network and stay updated on travel industry trends
3+ years of sales experience in the travel industry
Proven track record of driving growth and achieving results in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Product Management roles
Strong understanding of the travel industry landscape, market dynamics, and related payment solutions
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and clients
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth
Team player who can effectively lead or participate in projects and work cross-functionally with other organizations
Strong interest in technology
Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
