IT Specialist / Help Desk Operator

We are looking for a talented full-time IT Specialist and Help Desk Operator to help us keep our fleet of devices and networks secure, and our office work environment efficient and organized. Responsibilities include:

Managing wireless infrastructure and its security around our office locations both on-site and remotely

Oversee office IT operations in Tel Aviv and beyond
Acquiring and managing IT assets and equipment
Acquiring and managing software and licenses

Help Desk - Software and hardware assistance, installation, and troubleshooting

Onboarding employees and integrating them into our various systems


Job requirements

Understanding of network equipment and infrastructure

Network configuration and understanding of network protocol TCP-IP, LAN, WAN

Understanding Windows and macOS devices

Understanding of Windows file system, registry, UAC, and Group Policies

Technical knowledge of computer hardware and office equipment

High level of English (spoken and written)



Skills that would be appreciated:

PC hardware installation and upgrading

Git version control

Web service protocols HTTP/HTTPS
Basic PowerShell scripting

Basic Shell scripting (Unix/ Linux)

User Management
