Job description

Zotapay is a world-standard financial technology company connected to more than 1000 financial institutions and banks around the world, active in 150 countries globally and with 6 regional headquarters. We assist and support online companies with a wide range of Alternative Payment Methods that suit their specific needs and those of their customers, regardless of their location.

We are looking for talented, motivated and reliable individuals to join us for a long term position in our Hong Kong office. This is a full-time job divided into shifts.


• Address and solve customer issues via E-mail, Slack, Skype etc.

• Assist customers with API integration to our gateway.

• Build and maintain our processing environment.

• Identify and document bugs and features.

• Cooperate with other online platform representatives.

• Handle correspondence with clients and various third parties.

• Manual QA of integration with our partners.

Job requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese ( Mandarin). Japanese is definitely a plus.

• Experience in technical/customer support.

• Strong organisational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Passion for troubleshooting and constant self-learning.

• Superb attention to detail.

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new features and innovations.

• Willingness to learn and initiate.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suit products, Zoom, Slack and Trello are basics.


  • Previous experience in online payments.
  • Thai / Vietnamese languages (oral and written).
  • Previous finance/ economic background.
  • Advanced VBA knowledge.
