About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and drive the success of our marketing initiatives, particularly in the realm of project marketing.
This role involves close collaboration with our Marketing Manager, Content Writer, Video Editor, Designers, and Developers Team, contributing ideas for projects, content, designs, landing pages, and strategies centered around showcasing our products effectively.
What you will do:
As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the following:
Working closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling product-focused content and manage its distribution. This includes social media content, presentations, PDFs, design creatives, and written content.
Overseeing tasks related to marketing campaigns and dev boards in the task management system Jira.
Generate regular reports on the performance and engagement metrics of marketing campaigns, utilizing insights to assess converted leads, CTR, open rates, and other KPIs.
Create and distribute informative internal and external emails, newsletters, and announcements.
Initiating and overseeing A/B tests to optimize website performance, analyzing data to refine user experiences, website content, layout, and design for maximum impact.
Leading the design of visuals and effective landing pages, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing marketing campaigns or user needs.
Proactively propose ways to enhance the user journey by constantly refining website elements based on data-driven insights and best practices in the digital landscape.
Breaking down complex product marketing goals into actionable tasks that align with the development timeline and strategic priorities.
Aligning stakeholders with visions for various projects.
Job requirements
Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in project or product management related to marketing needs.
Creativity and close attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from performance data.
Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English.
