What will you be doing?

  • Complete daily reconciliations of transactions and settlements.
  • Identify and communicate reconciling items within established timeframes.
  • Investigate and identify data anomalies, analyse and research data, and proactively address reporting issues.
  • Ensure follow-up actions as and when necessary.
  • Provide timely feedback on issues or account statuses.
  • Provide support and feedback for ongoing reconciliations.

Job requirements

• Reconciliation/accounting experience preferred.

• Responsible, with strong attention to detail, is a must.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

• Knowledge in Salesforce.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to learn and initiate.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced efficiency in Microsoft Office and G-suit products, Zoom, Slack, and Trello are basics.
