About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive the success of our Marketing efforts. This role involves working closely with our Marketing Manager, Content Writer, Video Editor, Technical Project Manager, Designers, and Leadership Team, to contribute ideas for projects, content, and designs.
What you will do:
As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the following:
Managing our Email Marketing efforts, including creating and executing email campaigns, and analyzing performance data
Managing our social media platforms, including planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns
Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and adjust strategies accordingly
Supporting our Marketing Manager and Team with projects and tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our Marketing activities
Developing Marketing campaigns and conversion funnels
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing, and recommending new strategies and tactics to improve performance.

Knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Knowledge of Google Analytics
Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members
Additional skills and experience (considered a plus):
Experience with B2B Digital Marketing
Knowledge of SEO principles
Experience with Google Ads
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Experience with A/B testing
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and how to optimize the use of AI tools to assist with Marketing goals and responsibilities
