Technical Content Writer
Zotapay is a world-standard financial technology company connected to more than 1000 financial institutions and banks around the world, active in 150 countries globally and with 6 regional headquarters. We assist and support online companies with a wide range of Alternative Payment Methods that suit their specific needs and those of their customers, regardless of their location.
What will you be doing?
- Work closely with product managers, developers and sometimes QA, marketing and customer support.
- Research current available internal documentation.
- Maintain the core product knowledge base.
- Become an expert in our product in order to create content.
- Experience the products and documentation from the standpoint of our clients' developers.
- Assist other teams with tasks related to guides and LMS content.
- Write, edit and write some more.
- Native-level competence in English.
- Experience with technical software writing.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work accurately, quickly, and with attention to detail.
- Open-minded and able to think creatively.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work both independently and as a team member.
- Familiarity with the payment industry - Advantage.
